The Constant-Feed lubricator is designed
to work with heavy oils to provide continuous
lubrication for mining and construction tools
under heavy stress.

Ideal Lubrication from a continuous even fog
of oil as long as the reservoir has oil.

Refilling is easy with the standard manual
relieving safety filler cap/  A second safety relief
is also included.  Relieve pressure by pressing
the red cap. Check the oil level by looking into
the pressure proof window.

The ASL Model 50 operates in any position,
fully automatic, will close down the air supply to
the air tool when the lubricator is out of oil.

The ASL lubricator will increase the life of your air tool equipment. It's fully adjustable for light and heavy rock drill oils.

The Model 50 Lubricator can be adjusted while
operating without effecting air flow.  when
servicing, no special tools are required.

Automatic Shut-Down System
The Automatic Shut-Down System will stop
the flow of the air through the lubricator when
the unit is out of oil.  Refill the lubricator and the
unit automatically resumes operation.

Warning Light System
The Warning Light will not shut-down the system (this is only a warning light or the
optional sound alarm).  Refill the lubricator and the warning light or sound alarm will stop and operation automatically resumes.

DIRT STOPPER

Pneumatic tools require filtration and lubrication.
Many times the air hose couplings are
disconnected and dropped in the dirt.  They are
usually never cleaned before they are
reconnected.  Well, there goes the investment
of your equipment.  Consider how much you
could save with the simple addition of the ASL
DIRT STOPPER between the coupling and the
inline lubricator on the air tool side of the leg.

Cleaning  It is not required that the dirt stopper
be dis-assembled for the cleaning.  the assembly
can be cleaned in a solvent or in soapy water,
then back flushed with air to remove
contaminants, if required.
